One Account Per Person

Each person may hold only one kjok account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, payment wallet, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited. Accurate Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your kjok account. This includes:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your national identity document.
• A valid mobile number registered in your name and linked to your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket wallet.
• Your date of birth, which must confirm you are 21 years of age or older.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify kjok immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. kjok will never ask you to share your password or your mobile wallet PIN by any method — any such request is fraudulent and should be reported to kjok support.

kjok offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin offers, and cashback promotions. The following general rules apply to all kjok bonuses:

• Each bonus is available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempting to claim the same bonus from multiple accounts constitutes abuse and will result in forfeiture.
• Bonus funds must meet the stated wagering requirement (rollover) before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount only, unless otherwise stated.
• kjok reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are intended for recreational players; players exhibiting professional bonus-hunting behaviour may be restricted from claiming future promotions.

Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse bonuses — including but not limited to collusion, use of automated software, arbitrage between promotions, or intentional loss accumulation to meet wagering requirements — will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all bonus and bonus-derived balances. kjok's determination of bonus abuse is final.

kjok is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The following tools are available to all registered players directly from the Account Settings section of the platform:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits take effect immediately upon activation and cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Time-Out: Take a break from the platform for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days). During a time-out, you cannot log in or place bets.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kjok excludes all liability for:

• Any financial loss arising from use of the platform, including losses resulting from game outcomes, system errors, or interrupted sessions.
• Service interruptions caused by scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, internet connectivity issues, third-party payment provider outages, or events beyond kjok's reasonable control.
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if kjok has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
